Willis Doiron, Sr.

Funeral services for Willis W. Doo Doiron, Sr. will be held on Tuesday December 13, 2011 at 1:00pm. at the Krotz Springs Methodist Church with the interment at the church cemetery. Rev. Ted Fine, Rev. David Doiron and Rev. Rocky Warden will conduct the services.

Mr. Doiron, age 94, a resident of Krotz Springs, LA, died on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 10:21 a.m. at the Senior Village Nursing Home in Opelousas.

He was a member of the Krotz Springs Methodist Church, Carpenters Local 1098 of Baton Rouge and a member of the Krotz Springs Masonic Lodge 434.

He is survived by his sons Willis W. Will Doiron, Jr. and wife Nancy of Cambria, CA, Charlie P. Doiron and wife Dorothy of Port Allen, LA and David Doiron and wife Patricia of Folson, LA sister Beulah Willis Robertson of Plaquemine, LA, seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his wife Iola Hooks Doiron, parents Phillip Doiron, Sr. and Mary Ray Doiron, brother Phillip Doiron and sisters Mary Rita Warden, Emma Joyce Cookie Doiron and Eunice Guidry.

The family has requested visitation be held at on Tuesday December 13, 2011 from 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm.
