Verbie Rogers

Visiting and funeral services for Verbie Lee Rogers, age 74, will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. service time at the First Pentecostal Church of Bayou Rouge. Pastor Bob Fruen will conduct the religious service. Burial will follow at the Palmetto Methodist Cemetery.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her sons, Chase William Rogers, Brett Rogers, Ronnie Dale Rogers and wife Tammy, and Kerry Wayne Rogers and wife Rachel; brother, Harry Bihm, sisters, Shirley Bihm, Yvonne Bihm and Rick Higginbotham; three grandchildren, Rashael Rogers, Elijah Rogers, Elianah Rogers and Liana Rogers and one great-grandchild, Zarynn Rogers.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, George William Rogers; brothers, Hubert Bihm, Bill Bihm, and Barney Bihm; sister, Earlene Bihm; daughter-in-law, Susan Rogers and a brother-in -law, James Bergeron.
