Zachary - Funeral services for Tonya Renee Hatton Lee will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022, in the Life Point Church in Zachary, LA, (located at 3844 Noble Street, Zachary, LA  70791).  Brother Brendan Hannington will conduct the service.   Graveside services and burial will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the First Baptist Church Cemetery in Krotz Springs, LA, (located at 740 Front Street, Krotz Springs, LA 70750).

Visitation will be held in the Life Point Church (3844 Noble Street, Zachary, LA 70791) on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tonya Renee Hatton Lee, age 48, on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at her residence in Zachary, LA.

Tonya was a daycare schoolteacher for eight years at Zachary UMC Little School.  She was a member of Life Point Church in Zachary, La. She was a faithful Christian, loved dedicating time to her church and teaching Sunday school.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed reading her bible.  She loved singing Christian music in church and at home.  She liked cooking, painting artwork, spending time with her family, especially at get togethers and family reunions.  She was a devoted and loving wife and mother.  Most of all, she treasured her children.  She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Brandon Lee of Zachary; her mother, Janet Hatton of Melville; her children, Brandon Cordell Lee and Brandy Renee Lee, both of Zachary; her sister, Nancy Taylor and husband, Kyle of Arnaudville; her brother-in-law, Charles Lee, Jr. and wife, Amanda of Washington; her sister-in-law, Margaret Lee Barker of Krotz Springs; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Don Hatton; her father-in-law, Charles Clifton Lee, Sr. and her mother-in-law, Verda Moreau Lee.
