Opelousas - A Memorial Service will be held for Tonia Michelle Thibodeaux Meche on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 7:00 PM in the Skip Montet Memorial Chapel in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:30 PM.

Tonia, age 44, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2018, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Tonia loved being outdoors hunting and fishing. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of six years, Evans Meche; her daughter, Chelsea Lynn Bundick; her sons, Evans Trent Meche and wife, Meghan; Garrett Paul Meche and wife, Katherine and Wyatt Daniel Meche all of Bayou Jack, LA. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Emmalyn Joy Meche and Kohen Paul Meche.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wayne Thibodeaux and her paternal grandparents, Howard and Irona Thibodeaux.
