She is survived by her sons, Arthur Art Culbertson, Jr. and wife, Mary, of Opelousas, La William C. Culbertson of Dallas, Texas her daughter, Elizabeth Beth Pollitz and husband, Mike, of Bend, Oregon and her sisters, Mary Lee Peck of Opelousas, La. and Werna Joy Theime of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Culbertson, Sr. her parents, Hampton and Corrine DAvy Fontenot and her grandchild, Christopher Chris Culbertson.
