Seth Soileau

Opelousas – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Seth Soileau, age 39, of Opelousas, La.  He passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Opelousas General Hospital.

Seth loved anything that had to do with being outside. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially riding four wheelers. Seth had the biggest heart and his family meant the world to him.

He is survived by his parents, Carol and Chris Pitre; his grandmother, Lillian McDonald; his sisters, Keisha Soileau and Allix Garcia; his brother, Grant Pitre; his uncles, Rodney McDonald and Kurt Soileau; and his aunts, Cynthia Cormier, Cheryl Prudhomme and Melanie Babineaux.

He was preceded in death by his father, Steve R. Soileau; and grandparents, Jessie and Gloria Soileau and J.T. McDonald.

A private service will be held at a later date.
