Krotz Springs- Graveside service for Saylor Rose Martinez will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020, at St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery in Krotz Springs, LA.  Rev. Father Michael Deblanc will officiate the services.

Visitation will be held from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020, at the Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs, LA.

Saylor Rose Martinez, 16 days old, was born on July 7, 2020, and passed away peacefully on July 23, 2020, surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Women's and Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA.

Saylor is survived by her parents, Travis John Martinez and Nina Lynn Pearson of Krotz Springs; grandparents: Larry Martinez, Jr. and Kathy Stermer Martinez of Krotz Springs; and Curtis Rohman and April Pace Rohman of Port Barre; great-grandparents: Larry Martinez, Sr. and Nedra Martinez of Krotz Springs; James Allen Pace, Jr. and Nancy Pace of Marshall, Texas; and Joel Ellis and Elizabeth Ellis of Krotz Springs; her aunts and uncles: Brooke Martinez and Addisen Martinez of Krotz Springs; Tempe Comeaux and husband, Aaron of Port Barre; and Trista Rohman of Port Barre; her cousins: Jackson Disotell, Harper Disotell, Hudson Kidder, Justin Comeaux, and Ryleigh Comeaux; and her godparents, Brandi Vidrine and Dustin Kidder.

She was preceded in death by her aunt, Kimberlyne Artigue; and her great grandparents, Frank Louise Stermer and Rosalee Stermer.

Pallbearers will be Larry Martinez, Jr. and Curtis Rohman.
