Ronald Guidry

A private memorial service for Ronald Joseph Guidry, age 64, a resident of Krotz Springs will be held.

Mr. Guidry was born on October 2, 1947. He died on August 17, 2012 at his residence in Krotz Springs.

He was a member of the Carpenters Local 1098 and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. He was a retired firefighter and first responder and retired after 24 years.

Survivors include his wife, Julie Hardie Guidry of Krotz Springs, his mother, Mary Louise Guidry of Krotz Springs, son, Timothy Guidry of Krotz Springs, daughters, Rhonda Hoyt of Krotz Springs, Kimberly Guidry Smith of Sulpher, brothers, John Dean Guidry, Kerry Guidry, sister, Annette Luneau, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Jesse Guidry, a son, Joseph Lester Guidry, grandsons, Colby and Corbin Guidry.
