Robbie Courville

Robbie A. Lavergne Courville, age 70, a resident of Opelousas died Sunday October 17, 2010 at Opelousas General Health System.

She is survived by her daughters Kathy Courville White of Plano, TX, Sandra Courville Roy and husband Courtney and Renee Courville Bowers and husband Damon, sister Janice Daigle and her companion Reynold Stelly all of Opelousas and seven grandchildren Jamie White of Plano, TX, Ian Vincent, Gabriel Labbie, Matthew Labbie, Mary Kathryn Labbie, Hailey Bowers and Emily Roy, all of Opelousas and former spouse, Lloyd J. Courville of Church Point.
Preceding her in death was her mother Hazel Fontenot Sloane and her father Alex Lavergne.

Funeral services for Robbie will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery in Grand Prairie. Pastor Woody Gunnels will conduct the services. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday time pending
