Reggie Bertrand

Opelousas Services for Reggie Bertrand, age 57, will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home Parlor of Opelousas, La., followed by interment in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery. The Reverend Austin Leger will conduct the services.

Reggie, a resident of Carencro, La., passed away on January 27, 2011 at his residence.

Reggie enjoyed hunting, fishing and was in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Sandra Oncale of Port Barre, La. his daughter, Kaitlyn OncaleBertrand of Port Barre, La. his brother, Dale Bertrand of Opelousas, La. and his sister, Sue Arnaud and husband, Ernie, of Opelousas, La.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Flo Bertrand.

Visiting hours will be observed in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service. A rosary will be prayed at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
