Ramona Dupre

OPELOUSAS - A Memorial Mass for Mrs. Ramona Faye Miller Dupre will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Mire. Inurnment will follow in the Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Dupre, age 59 a resident of Lawtell, LA, passed away on March 24, 2017.

Ramona enjoyed painting and reading. She loved to cook and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Dupre was a loving mother, daughter, sister and grandmother; she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her mother, Eve Thibodeaux Miller of Mire; two sons, Kyle Prudhomme of Lawtell and Damien Prudhomme of Opelousas; daughter, Paige Nicole Prudhomme of Lawtell; four brothers, Glenn Miller and wife Cindy of Opelousas, Ron Miller and wife Darlene of Mire, Darrell Miller and wife Charmaine of Prairie Ronde and Carl Miller of Opelousas; sister, Brenda Broussard and husband Carlton of Carencro; seven grandchildren, Makaliah McKinney, Cadence McKinney, Kyle Drake Prudhomme, II, Hunter Drake Prudhomme, Brayden Shea Prudhomme, Colby John Fontenot and Denton Shea Prudhomme; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her second husband, Louis Dupre; first husband, Dennis Prudhomme; and father, Louis Clareville Miller.
