Mr. Lank, age 64, a resident of Sunset, LA, died Thursday September 1, 2011 at his residence in Sunset.

Survivors include his wife Dr. Carmen E. Koubicek of Sunset, daughter Noemi Ortiz of Normal, IL. and one grandchild Jadrian Villarreal of Normal, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents Franz Koubicek and Johanna Lff Koubicek and a brother Paul Koubicek.
