Peggy Circello

Krotz Springs-Funeral services for Peggy Ann Circello, age 73, will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2008, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Krotz Springs, followed by interment in the church cemetery. Father Mark Ledoux will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial.

Peggy Circello, a native and resident of Krotz Springs, died at 7:25 p.m. on August 28, 2008 at her residence.

Ms. Circello was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved playing bingo, buying lottery tickets and loved drinking coffee with her friends on her front porch.

Survivors include her sons, Benny Circello of Krotz Springs, La.; Johnny Circello and his wife, Cindy, of Krotz Springs, La.; Michael Circello and his wife, Sheila, of Baytown, Texas; her daughters, Paula Halphen of Denham Springs, La.; Augie Boudreaux and her husband, Clayton, of Krotz Springs, La.; Debbie Viator and her husband, David, of New Iberia, La.; her brother, Charles Ducote and his wife, Ann, of Copan, Oklahoma; her sisters, Elaine Mengarelli of Krotz Springs, La. and Daisy Bourque of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Mamie Ducote and her grandparents, Charlie and Ernestine Frederick.

Visitation will be held at the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs on August 29, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.
