Patrick Hebert

Opelousas - A Memorial Service for Patrick Hebert will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Living Glory Church -Hope Campus in Breaux Bridge, LA.

Mr. Hebert, age 62, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017, at his residence in Opelousas, LA.

Patrick honorably served his country in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion Church Point Post 225, the VFW in Crowley and the Commander of Sons Legion. He attended Rayne High School and worked in the oil field and as a mechanic for many years. He was a member and usher for the Hope Chapel in Breaux Bridge. He received commendations while in the military and received awards for his volunteer and work efforts in the oil field. Patrick loved spending time outdoors camping, hunting and fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Elaine Perry Hebert of Opelousas, LA; his son, Scotty Hebert of Rayne, LA; his daughters, Melisa Menard of Rayne, LA; Doris Miller of Rayne, LA; Sandra Moore of Crowley, LA; his brother, Carl Hebert of Arnaudville, LA and his sister, Tina Hebert Greenman of Kaplan. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, Brian Caudill, Shane LeBouef, Eric Romero, Keith Menard, Brandy LeBouef, Randol LeBouef, Daniel DeBouef, Christine Miller, Julian Hebert, Jace Hebert, Alex Hebert, Gabriel Hebert and twelve great-grandchildren, Christian Menard, Isaiah LeBouef, Gabriel Caudill, Elijah Menard, Makayla LeBouef, Carlisle Caudill, Shaela LeBouef, Kole Miller, Dustin Caudill, Ameiya Romero, Ivory Menard and Laila Campbell.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Noah Hebert and Andrea Theresa Hebert; his brothers, Mark Allen Hebert and Michael Hebert and his sister, Janet Hebert.
