Opelousas Funeral services for Patricia Ann Munnerlyn will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2013, in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA. Ms. Munnerlyn will be transported to Gorsulowsky Funeral Home, 1107 South Pine Street, Vivian, LA 71082, where visiting will continue on Friday, August 23, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the Munnerlyn Chapel Cemetery in Ida, LA. Brother Randy Curtis will conduct both services.

Ms. Munnerlyn, age 63, died on August 20, 2013 in Opelousas, LA.

Patricia was a member of the First Baptist Church of Opelousas and worked for AT T for eleven years. She was affectionately known as Nanny Ann to her nieces and nephews. She loved studying and collecting art and adored cats. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her mother, Delma Munnerlyn Brown of Opelousas, LA her brother, Robert Munnerlyn and wife, Stella, of Port Barre, LA. She is also survived by one niece, Nicole LeBlanc and husband, Doug two nephews, Jeremy Munnerlyn, Ryan Munnerlyn and wife, Ariel and five greatnephews, Ethan, Dillan, Landon, Easton and Liam.

She is preceded in death by her father, Vernon Pierce Munnerlyn.

Visiting hours will begin on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
