Opelousas A memorial service for Patricia Ann Jusselin, the former Patricia Ann Fontenot, age 70, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 2, 2012 in the LaFondArdoin Funeral Home of Opelousas, followed by interment in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery.

Patricia, who was a native and resident of Opelousas, died on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Opelousas General Health System.

Survivors include her longtime companion, Bert Theriot of Opelousas son, Edward Joseph Joey Jusselin and his wife Jamie of Gonzales daughters, Jennifer Lynn Nave and her husband Blane of Youngsville and Melissa Ann Tolito and fiance Paul Bouillion of Gonzales brothers, Johnny Fontenot and his wife Myrtle of Opelousas and Carnell J. Fontenot and his wife Delores of Gonzales grandchildren, Adam Ross Tolito and Anna Joy Jusselin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Howard Fontenot and Ruby Guidry Fontenot.

Visiting will be held in the LaFondArdoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until service time. A rosary will be held at 2:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.

LaFondArdoin Funeral Home of Opelousas has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
