Opelousas A private service will be held for Patricia Anne Carlson at a later date.

Mrs. Carlson, age 64, died at her residence on Monday, April 22, 2013.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Bob Carlson, of Opelousas, LA her daughters, Shala Carlene Carlson of Atlanta, Georgia Kristi Wharton and husband, Brian, of Spring, Texas her brothers, Joel Bennett of Longview, Texas Mark Bennett and wife, Tresia, of Longview, Texas and her sister, Sharman Dorsey and husband, Richard, of Longview, Texas. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Abbi Wharton, of Spring, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, C.J. and Delma Bennett.
