Patricia Ardoin

Krotz Springs Services for Patricia Ardoin, age 70, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs, La., followed by interment in the St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery in Krotz Springs, La. The Reverend Chad Bolfa will conduct the service.

Mrs. Ardoin, a resident of Krotz Springs, La. and native of Hall Summit, La., died on Monday, June 18, 2012, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, La.

Patricia was born on March 5, 1942 and since 1964 Patricia was a resident of Krotz Springs, La. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, baking and cooking. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Mr. Ronald Ardoin, of Krotz Springs, La. her two sons, Mr. Robert G. Yount, II and wife, Jennifer C. Yount, of Hall Summit, La. and Mr. Ronnie L. Ardoin of Krotz Springs, La. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Robert G. Yount, III, Matthew W. Yount, Emily D. Yount all of Hall Summit, La. and Kayla R. Ardoin and fianc, Brody J. Richard, of Opelousas, La.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Manning Rigdon and her husband, Roy Rigdon her father, Henry E. Thomas her uncle, Jessie R. Manning and her aunt, Grace Conley.

Visiting hours will be observed in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs, beginning on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. open all night until service time at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
