Otis Mark Ledoux

Opelousas - Graveside Services for Otis Mark Ledoux will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Bellevue Memorial Park in Opelousas, LA, with Rev. Perry Hubbs officiating the service.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in the Skip Montet Memorial Chapel in the Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas, LA.

Mr. Ledoux, age 60, was a native and longtime resident of Opelousas, LA.  He passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at his home. He previously worked in the oilfield for over 10 years.  He was a good carpenter and enjoyed doing woodworking.  He liked playing the guitar, cooking, and fishing.  He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by two brothers, Charles Ledoux (Cathy) and Travis Glenn Ledoux (Norma); and nephews: Travis Ledoux, Eric Ledoux, Kevin Ledoux, and Matthew Ledoux; special cousins: Jan "Rock" Ledoux (Janet) and Pam Morris; and a host of many extended cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Layton Ledoux, Jr. and Delores Young Hoffpauir; brother, William Dale Ledoux; niece, Katy Marie Ledoux; and special companion, Penney Chelette.
