Nicholas Lafleur

A Mass of Christian Burial for Nicholas Nick Lafleur will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 10:00am at the St. Peters Catholic Church in Grand Prairie. The interment will take place at the St. Peters Cemetery. Fr. Blaine Clement will celebrate the mass.

Mr. Lafleur, age 28, a resident of Grand Prairie, died on Friday, October 24, 2014. He was a cook and worked at several restaurants. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his father: Charles Wayne Lafleur of Ville Platte, God Mother Donna Lee of Ville Platte, God Father Mohammad ArefiPour of Scott, maternal grandparents Sherron and Faye Lee of Grand Prairie, daughter Jaelyn Marie Lafleur of Leonville, sister Danielle Lafleur of Ville Platte, niece India Chenier of Ville Platte, cousins Dustin Perron of Plaisance and Robert Maricle of Broussard.

Preceded in death by his mother Sandy Marie Lafleur, paternal grandparents Nelson Lafleur and Eula Mae Lafleur.

The family has requested visitation be held on Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm and will reopen on Monday at 8:00am. A rosary will be prayed on Sunday evening at 6:00pm.
