Neva Pullen

Opelousas A Memorial Service for Neva Pullen will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 10, 2013, in the Louisiana Memorial United Methodist Church. Reverend Steven Fife will officiate the service.

Mrs. Pullen, age 91, a resident of Opelousas, LA died on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Senior Village Nursing Home.

Neva was a longstanding member of the Melville chapter of the Eastern Star and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her son, Irish Pullen and wife, Pam, of Baton Rouge, LA her daughter, Debbie P. Gordon and husband, Gene, of Chandler, Texas and daughter in law, Dianna Pullen of Krotz Springs, LA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, John Scott Gordon and wife, Libby Morgan Gordon John Wade Pullen, II and wife Chrise Janet P. Cloud and husband, Brad Brandon Pullen and 8 greatgrandchildren, Taylor Gordon, Pierce Gordon, Molly Gordon, Silver Pullen, Madison Pullen, Kyle Pullen, Madeline Cloud, James Bradley Cloud, V.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wade Pullen her son Jim Wade Pullen her parents, Murphy Taylor, Sr. and Argie Marie Taylor her stepfather, Jack Burleigh her brother, Murphy Taylor, Jr. her sister, Alyce T. Davis her sisterinlaw, Bea Taylor and her brotherinlaw, Jack R. Davis.
