Marie Gautreaux

Krotz Springs Services for Marie Ann Gautreaux, age 42, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2012, in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home Chapel in Krotz Springs, La., followed by interment in the Methodist Cemetery in Palmetto, La. The Reverend Chad Bolfa will conduct the service.

Mrs. Gautreaux, a resident of Palmetto, La., died on Monday, July 9, 2012, at Opelousas General Health System.

Marie was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Merrick Wilson Gautreaux, of Palmetto, La. her father, David Krull of Montana her mother, Muriel Williams Coburn of Krotz Springs, La. her daughters, Jada Snyder and husband, Sam, of Krotz Springs, La. Caitlin Johnson and husband, Michael, of Palmetto, La. Chelsea St. Romain and husband, Nicholas, of Palmetto, La. her brother, David Krull and wife, Amanda Lynn, of Palmetto, La. and her sister, Laurie K. Ellis of Krotz Springs, La. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Dylon Breaux, Logan Breaux, Riley Hoyt, Aydin Gautreaux, Madison Gautreaux, Hayden St. Romain and six nieces and nephews, Dawson Krull, Cami Krull, Kiley Krull, Heather Krull, Aaron Ellis and Christian Ellis.

Visiting hours will be observed in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs, beginning on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, from 4:00 p.m. open all night until service time at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
