Madalene Dawsey

Krotz Springs - Funeral services will be held for infant, Madalene "Maddy" Maria Dawsey, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 19, 2016, at the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs. Visitation will be held at LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs from 8:00 a.m. until time of service. Brother Chad Bolfa will conduct the service. Burial will be held in the church cemetery.

Maddy was born on May 16, 2016 and passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 15, 2016 at Children's Hospital in New Orleans, LA.

Maddy was named after two beautiful angels and is now our little angel. Her life was a brief gift to us and she will live on forever in our hearts.

Maddy is survived by her parents, Kelly Plaisance and Josh Dawsey; her brothers, Wyatt Deville, Ethan Dawsey, Ayden Dawsey; her paternal grandparents, Leonard and Cheryl Dawsey; her aunts, Lisa Stermer (Chris); Kelda Ansley, Jami Mouille, Brandi Schexnayder (Jason) and a host of cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James Plaisance, Sr. and Eileen J. Plaisance and her uncle, James Plaisance, Jr.
