Luke Boudreaux

Funeral Services will be held for Luke Boudreaux at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2013, in the Melville First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Melville First Baptist Church Cemetery. Brother Tom Harper will conduct the service.

Mr. Boudreaux, age 76, died on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at Opelousas General Health System.

Luke served his country proudly during the Vietnam War while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from the Air Force after 22 years and 1 day of service. He was a member of the VFW and the First Baptist Church of Melville.
He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

Survivors are his wife, Andrea Lee Jackson Boudreaux, of Melville, LA his sons, Jeffrey Boudreaux and wife, Denise, of Grand Forks, North Dakota Andrew Porche and wife, Beth Ann, of Opelousas, LA his daughters, Cindy Ward and husband, AC, of DingDong, Texas Kim Novak Larimore and husband, Bill, of North Dakota his brothers, Clibert Jelly Boudreaux of Tucson, Arizona Paul Boudreaux of Patterson, LA Wesley Boudreaux of White City, Oregon and Elie Butch Boudreaux of Melville, LA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, AC Ward, Jr., Aric Ward, Amanda Warren, Heather Kayle Novak, Chelsea Ridgley, Kayla Boudreaux, Chase Boudreaux, Brett McGregor, Brandon Barbara Porche and Amanda White.

He is preceded in death by his sisters, Edna Soileau, Elise LeJeune, Mayresa Fletcher, Rose Delcambre and his brothers, JC Boudreaux, III, Alcide Boudreaux, David Boudreaux, JB Boudreaux, JV Boudreaux and Lesley Boudreaux.

Visiting hours will begin on Thursday, September 12, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
