Krotz Springs A Mass of Christian Burial for Lois Marie Williams, age 82, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on, Friday, May 6, 2011 in the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Krotz Springs, La., followed by interment in the church cemetery. The Reverend Mark Ledoux will be the celebrant of the Mass.

Mrs. Williams, who was a resident of Krotz Springs, La., died on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Senior Village Nursing Home in Opelousas, La.

Lois was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a lifetime parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Krotz Springs.

Survivors include her sons, Wayne Williams and wife, Molly, of Baton Rouge, La. Richard Williams and wife, Mary, of Krotz Springs, La. Guy Williams and wife, Darcey, of Athens, Tennessee Bert Williams and wife, Angie, of Krotz Springs, La. Kevin Williams and wife, Darlene of Livonia, La. Chris Williams and wife, Tanya, of Krotz Springs, La. two daughters, Cindy Williams Nolan of Krotz Springs, La. Hope Williams Thibodeaux of Scott, La. and her brother, Glen Armand of Krotz Springs, La. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 26 greatgrandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Denny Williams her parents, Adrast Bernard Papa Joe and Mariah Minnie Armand and her brothers, Clopton Armand and Clyde Armand.

Visiting hours will be observed in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs, beginning on Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. open all night until service time on Friday. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
