Washington A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Lisa Delafosse Formeller at
11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2014, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington. Reverend Albert Nunez will celebrate the Mass. Rite of committal will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Formeller, age 57, died on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at her residence.

Lisa will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son, Shea Gauthier, of Baton Rouge, LA her parents, Jerry and Valerie Meche Delafosse, of Washington, LA her brother, Ronny Delafosse and wife, Debbie, of Ville Platte, LA and one niece and four nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Etienne and Vernice Meche and James and Annabel Delafosse.

Visitation will be held at the LaFondArdoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Sunday, September 28, 2014, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will reopen on Monday at 8:00 a.m. until service time. A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
