Kevin Comeaux

Funeral services for Kevin John Comeaux will be held on Wednesday December 17, 2014 at 2:00pm at the LafondArdoin Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas. The interment will take place at the First Baptist Cemetery in Krotz Springs. The Reverend Louis Charrier will conduct the services.

Mr. Comeaux, age 53, a resident of Krotz Springs, died on Monday December 15, 2014 at his residence. He loved spending time with his grandkids and loved being Poppy to them. He loved to fish and hunt. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his son Joshua Joseph Kimble and wife Amber Bonnet Kimble of West Monroe, daughters Kelsey Lynn Melancon and husband Dexter Wade Melancon of Washington Destiny Impson and husband Nick Impson of Savanna, GA, brothers Wilbert Comeaux and wife Janet of Melville, Melvin Comeaux and wife Sybil of Krotz Springs, Russell Comeaux and wife Ginger of Camden, AR, sisters Judy McDaniel, Ella Rose Guillory both of Port Barre, Carolyn Johnson and husband Danny of Opelousas, Amy Chautin and husband John of Port Barre, 5 grandchildren Conner Kimble, Hayden Impson, Kasen Comeaux, Lawson Impson and Aubrie Melancon.

He was preceded in death by his parents Wilmer Joseph Comeaux and Felicianne Kidder Comeaux.

The family has requested visitation be held at LafondArdoin Funeral Home in Opelousas on Wednesday December 17, 2014 from 9:00am until time of services at 2:00pm.
