Keith Prudhomme

Opelousas - Funeral services for Keith Prudhomme, age 44, will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel.

Rev. Angelo Cremaldi will conduct the services.

Mr. Prudhomme, a resident of Opelousas, died on May 18, 2008 at Lafayette General Medical Center.

Mr. Prudhomme was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and cook. He will be missed by his family and friends and all who loved him.

Mr. Prudhomme is survived by his fianc, Jennie Lanclos Savoie of Opelousas, LA; his father, Raphael Prudhomme of Port Barre, LA; his son, Brian Vidrine of Lafayette, LA; his brothers, Dale Prudhomme and his wife, Christine, of Opelousas, LA; Brent Prudhomme and his wife, Connie, of Port Barre, LA; his sisters, Sue Prudhomme Lanclos and her husband, Mike, of Baton Rouge, LA and Cara Prudhomme Boagni of Baton Rouge, LA.

Mr. Prudhomme was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Lalonde Prudhomme.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Lanclos; Carl Arnaud; his father, Raphael Prudhomme; his son, Brian Vidrine and his brothers, Dale and Brent Prudhomme.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Monday, May 19, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will reopen at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2008, until time of service. A rosary will be held on Monday evening.
