Washington A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Jules Arsene Delaune, Jr., at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2013, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington, LA. Rite of Committal will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery. The Reverend Albert Nunez will be the celebrant of the Mass.

Mr. Delaune, age 91, died at The Lighthouse at Altenheim in Round Rock, Texas on Monday, May 6, 2013.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Delaune of Round Rock, Texas Jules M. Delaune of Washington, DC his sister, Joan D. Tutt of New Orleans, LA and 4 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice A. Mayer Delaune and his parents, Jules Arsene and Bertha Thibodeaux Delaune.
