Jennie Thibodeaux

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Jennie P. Thibodeaux, the former Jennie Polozola, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, in the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Melville, LA. Rite of Committal will follow in the church mausoleum. The Reverend James Nguyen will be the celebrant of the Mass.

Mrs. Thibodeaux, age 81, died at her Bayou Current residence on Sunday, March 24, 2013.

She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son, Benny Yander and his wife Leslie of Prairieville, LA stepson, Michael Thibodeaux and his wife Suzanne of Houston, TX her sister, Dora Morrow of Bayou Current, LA daughterinlaw, Annette Yander of Port Barre 4 grandchildren,5 great grandchildren numerous nieces, nephews and extended family member.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Francis Thibodeaux her first husband, Sam Yander, Sr. son, Sam Yander, Jr. brother Carlo Polozola, Steve Polozola, Frank Mike Polozola sister, Sara Mole parents, Anthony and Lucy Soldano Polozola and her grandson, Sam Buck Yander, III.

Visiting hours will begin on Monday, March 25, 2013, from 6:00 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time. A rosary will be held on
Monday evening.
