J.B. Hyatt

October 15, 1950 — July 27, 2020

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that Mr. J.B. Hyatt, age 69, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020.

J.B. served his country proudly in the United States Army.  He enjoyed the outdoors fishing and hunting.  J.B. was an avid sports fan and loved watching LSU and New Orleans Saints football.  He never missed his grandchildren's baseball games.

J.B. is survived by wife, Louella Ardoin Hyatt of Krotz Springs, La.; his brother, Dale Hyatt of Prairieville, La.; his nephew, Trent Hyatt of Prairieville, La.; his niece, Misti Hyatt of Dallas, TX; his step-son, Travis Barker and wife, Heather of Krotz Springs, La and his step-daughter, Cindy Stelly and husband, Mike of Krotz Springs, La.  He is also survived by his grandchildren, Michael Stelly and wife, Joanie of Port Barre, La., Logan Stelly and wife, Kelley of Baton Rouge, La., Halie Briley and husband, Logan, of Grand Prairie, La., Arielle Barker (Blaise) of Krotz Springs, La., Wyatt Barker of Krotz Springs, La. and his great-grandchildren, Dillan, Lilly, Baylee, Brett, Kylie, Chloe, Cassie, Cullyn and Zander.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Van and Betty Hyatt and his great-granddaughter, Addyson Stelly.
