Jake Graffagino

Mr. Jake Age 82 died December 24, 2006 at his resident in Opelousas. Funeral service will be held at Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday 10 AM December 27, 2006. Burial will be in St Landry Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. Jake was owner and operator Jake Music Shop. He opens the shop July 1952 until his retirement. Mr. Graffagino plays the trumpet and sang for three years in the Army Air Corp with the U.S.O. shows. He also plays trumpet for numerous big band and local area band.

Mr. Jake Graffagino is survivor by his wife Mrs. Grace Manuel Graffagino of Opelousas, La. One son Carl Anthony Graffagino of Opelousas, La.

His parents Anthony Tony Graffagino and Rosina Biondoillo precede Mr. Jake in death, two brothers Camille and Vincent Graffagino.

Visitation will be at 3 PM Tuesday December 26, 2006 until 9 PM. Reopen Wednesday 27, 2006 at 8 AM until time of service.
