Mr. Cabral was born on July 24, 1921 in Belize, British Honduras. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Vietnam at the peak of war and throughout the Middle East, Africa, and South America as well as many jobs in his younger years as an oilfield worker throughout Louisiana and Texas. During his construction years he was known as Cobra. Hill spent the end of his career working for the Krotz Springs Police Department as a dispatcher, where he was affectionately known as Cap.
