Krotz Springs- Funeral services for Hazel Beard Fugate will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Krotz Springs. The interment will take place at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Melville. Reverend Herbert Bradford and Reverend Charles Polozola will conduct the services.

Mrs. Fugate, age 71, a resident of Krotz Springs, died on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Opelousas General Health System.

She is survived by her husband; Ethmon Fugate, sons; John Boudreaux, Jr., Eric Boudreaux, Brady Boudreaux, daughters; Phyllis Boudreaux, Michelle Boudreaux, Yvette Marks, brothers; Allen Beard, Joseph Beard, Milton Beard, Calvin Beard, Buford Beard, sisters; Janet Royer, Geneva Parish, 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Emiline Beard and Joseph Beard.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m.
