Gloria Moory Elliott

Opelousas- Graveside Funeral Services and Rite of Committal for Gloria Mae Moory Elliott will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Holy Sepulcher Mausoleum, 914 N. Union Street, Opelousas, Louisiana, 70570.  Services will be officiated by Fr. Neil Pettit.

The family requests everyone meet at the mausoleum for services. 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gloria Mae Moory Elliott, age 91, on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in Carson City, Nevada. She was a native of Opelousas, Louisiana, and a homemaker.

Survivors include nieces, nephews, Rick, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Elliott; her parents, Sidney Moory, Sr. and Lelia Credeur Moory; brother, Sydney Moory, Jr.; and sister, Rose Moory LeBleu.
