Frank Lahaye

Services for Frank Boobie LaHaye will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2009 at 2PM at The First Baptist Church in Krotz Springs La., with the interment in the Church Cemetery. The Rev. Chad Bolfa will conduct the services.

Mr. LaHaye, age 74, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2009 at Tri- Community Nursing Home. He was a residential carpenter.

Frank Boobie is survived by a son; London LaHaye and his wife Kathy of Krotz Springs, La, his daughters; Cheryl Dee Hooks and her husband Ira Boo, Fran Wiltz and her husband Louis, Angie LaHaye and Millie LaHaye and Joey Fontenot, they are all from Krotz Springs, a brother; Tim Tippy LaHaye of Baton Rouge, a sister; Myrtis Scruggins of Port Barre. Frank is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Priscilla LaHaye, his parents; London LaHaye and Lena Carrier, step-father; Lucius Carrier, his sisters; Ethel Savoie, Letha Stoute and Ella Mae Charles, grandchildren; Carlton Wiltz and Tora LaHaye and a great-grandchild; Chloe OBrien.

The Pallbearers will be Blake Hooks, Jake Hooks, Damian LaHaye, Frankie LaHaye, Brent LaHaye and London LaHaye, Honorary Pallbearers will be Joey Fontenot, Jason Thibodeaux, Ira Boo Hooks and Louis Wiltz.

The family has requested that visitation will be on Saturday at Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs, from 4PM, all night until the time of services.
