Frances Perry

Krotz Springs- Frances "Fran" Perry, born December 2, 1927 in Pauls Valey, Oklahoma, went home to be with Jesus suddenly at the age of 89 on June 11, 2017 in Manteca, California. Fran was an avid A's fan with season tickets since 1969. She loved to read, do word search puzzles, embroider tea towels for every member of her family (including extended family) and laugh.

She was the loving mother to Sheila Soileau of Krotz Springs, Louisiana, Ray (Kathy) Perry Jr. of Copperopolis, CA, Sheree Perry of Manteca, CA. Sweet Granny to Bobby Soileau, Sondra (Donald) Manuel, Ray (Barbara) Soileau of Krotz Springs, LA and Sonja (Eric) Whittington of Port Barre, LA, Stacia (Rex) Cherry, James Ray Perry of Copperopolis, CA, Bill Gullet of Manteca, CA, Maria Gapasin of Tracy, CA, Theraysa (Levi) Gapasin of Ojai, CA, Nando (Saneen) Gapasin of Richmond, CA, Joseph Gapasin of San Fransisco, CA, Will Gapasin of Independence, OR, and DJ (Agell) Kimble of Carencro, LA. Devoted Aunt to Linette Baker of China Grove, NC. She had 22 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Fran was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray Perry, Sr; son, Bob Soileau; granddaughter, Shalonda Murray; parents, WW and Mary Baker and 11 siblings.

A celebration of life will be held for Fran on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., in the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs. Reverend Chad Bolfa will officiate the service.

Memorial donations may be made on Fran's behalf to: Alzheimer Disease Research Foundation or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease.
