FABIUS JOSEPH FONTENOT JR.

Funeral services for Mr. Fabius Joseph Fontenot Jr. will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at 2:00PM at St. Peters Catholic Church in Morrow, La. The interment will be in the church cemetery in Morrow. The Rev. Mike Guidry will conduct the services.

Mr. Fontenot, age 97, died on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at Iberia Medical Center. He owned and operated Fontenots Seat Cover and Furniture Store. He was a member of the Hope, Hook and Ladder Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by three sons; Jimmy and Kenneth Fontenot both of New Iberia and Donald Fontenot of Rayne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Fontenot was preceded in death by his wife; Vivian Wilcox Fontenot.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, February 2, 2008 from 3:00PM to 9:00PM and will re-open on Sunday from 10:00AM until the time of service. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00PM on Saturday.
