Eva Daville

Funeral services will be held for Eva Mae Boone Daville at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2016, in the Prairie Ronde Baptist Church. Reverend David Fultz will conduct the services. Internment will take place in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Daville, age 81, a resident of Lawtell, died on January 15, 2016 at Opelousas General Health System surrounded by her loving and caring family.

Mrs. Daville enjoyed watching old western shows and traveling. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sister, Velma Boone of Lawtell, Victoria Pitre of Lawtell, Virginia Bertrand of Opelousas and her brother Adrian Boone of Eunice, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adley Boone; her parents, Henry Boone, Sr. and Amy Marie Lejeune Boone. She is also preceded in death by a host of brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held at the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the Prairie Ronde Baptist Church on Sunday, January 15, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
