Eula Vidrine Credeur

A Mass of Christian Burial for Eula Vidrine Credeur will be held on Monday August 19, 2013 at 11:00am in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Port Barre. Rite of Committal will follow in the Sacred Heart Catholic cemetery. Fr. Daniel Picard will be the celebrant.

Mrs. Credeur, age 76, a resident of Opelousas, died Saturday August 17, 2013 at J Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home. She was a homemaker and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joseph Letell Credeur of Opelousas, son Ronald James Credeur and wife Brenda of Port Barre, brother Rayburn Vidrine of Grand Prairie, sister Helen Roberts of TN., grandchildren Matthew Credeur and Michael Credeur both of Port Barre.

Preceded in death by her parents Antoine and Alice Vidrine, daughter Debroah Lynn Credeur, brothers Lionel Chick Vidrine, Burke Vidrine, Golbert Dupre, Roy Dupre and Antoine Brama Jo Vidrine and a sister Rosa Mae Jones Devillier.

The family has requested visitation be held on Sunday from 3:00pm until 10:00pm and will reopen on Monday at 8:00am. A rosary will be recited on Sunday at 7:30pm.

A special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home.
