Ethel Soileau

Opelousas Services for Ethel Breaux Soileau, age 80, will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church followed by interment in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery in Opelousas, La. Father Angelo Cremaldi will officiate the services.

Mrs. Soileau, a resident of Opelousas, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2010, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Opelousas.

She was a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Daughters.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Soileau and his wife, Liz, of St. Landry, Louisiana her daughter, Judy Huntsberry of Montgomery, Alabama her sister, Renella Lavergne of Opelousas, La. and her three grandchildren and one greatgrandchild on the way and a special friend, Tina Dugas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allie L. Soileau her parents, Ellis and Arista Touchet Breaux and her son, Norman Soileau and her sister, Mazie Guidry.

Visiting hours will be observed in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 from 10:30 a.m. until service time. A rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
