Ermadine Savoie

Krotz Springs Funeral services for Ermadine B. Savoie will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs, LA. Reverend Michael Cole will conduct the service.

Mrs. Savoie, age 68, a resident of Ventress, LA died on Sunday, January 13, 2013, at her residence.

Ermadine enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her sons, Joe P. Ellis, Jr. of Gainesville, Georgia Wayne Ellis, Sr. of Kenner, LA John A. Ellis of Grey, Georgia her daughters Mildred Laureen Skrantz of Ventress, LA Rebecca Virginia Rouse of Krotz Springs, LA her brother, Jimmy Bihm of Krotz Springs, LA and her exhusband, Joel P. Ellis, Sr. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her exhusband, James Savoie her parents, Hugh Bihm, Jr. and Viola S. Bihm her brothers, Johnny Bihm and Hugh Bihm, Jr. and her sister, Kathy Breaux.

Visiting hours will be observed in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs beginning on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. open all night until time of service on Wednesday.
