Eben Devillier

Eben F. Devillier, age 67, passed away at Heritage Manor Nursing Home on Sunday, July 28, 2024, He was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, on November 14, 1956.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Opelousas, La. Reverend Vincent Tullus will conduct the funeral service. The burial will be held at Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery. 

A visitation will be held in the Skip Montet Chapel at LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. 

Eben loved listening to country and gospel music. He loved a good joke and a good laugh. Eben never sat down to a meal that he didn’t like. 

He is survived by his brothers, Frederick Joseph Devillier, Leroy James Devillier and Jacob Devillier and his sisters, Dolores Devillier and Mary Devillier Richard.

Eben was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph Joseph Devillier, Sr. and Eva Richard Devillier; his brothers, Rudolph Devillier, Jr. and David Devillier and his sister, Eva Devillier Clavier.
