Earline Landry

Funeral services for Earline Lavergne Landry will be held on Sunday September 29, 2013 at 2:30pm in the St. Landry Catholic Church. The interment will take place at Bellevue Memorial Park. Monsignor Paul Metrejean will conduct the services.

Mrs. Landry, age 81, a resident of Opelousas, died Friday September 27, 2013 at Prompt Succor Nursing Home. She was a retired Registered Nurse. She worked in area hospitals.

She is survived by her sons Thomas Landry and wife Nadine of Opelousas, Robert Landry of Opelousas, daughters Kimberly Landry Carney of Bossier City, Sherri Landry of Opelousas, nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband Matthew Landry, parents Thomas and Gussie Metrejean Lavergne and a sister Joycelyn L. Farmer.

The family has requested visitation be held on Sunday September 29, 2013 from 8:00am until time of services at 2:30pm. A rosary will be prayed at 1:30pm on Sunday.
