Dorothy Buccola

Opelousas Funeral services will be held for Dorothy Mae Buccola, the former Dorothy Mae Frame, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013, in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas, LA. Burial will follow in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Samuel Hamm will conduct the service.

Ms. Buccola, age 70, died on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at Opelousas General Health System.

Dorothy was a former Lafayette business owner and will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

Survivors are her daughters, Gina Brown, Lisa Sproles her brothers, Simpson Frame, Jr., Raymond Frame, Tom Frame her sisters, Judy Barker, Stella Catton, Betty Barker and Tina Devillier. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Chantell Flugence and Vaughn Sproles 4 greatgrandchildren, Kisha, Briana, Alana, and Alyssa.

She is preceded in death by her father, Simpson Joseph Frame her mother, Annie Elizabeth Phillips Frame her daughter, Lana Sproles and her brothers, Jules Frame, Earl Frame and Bill Frame.

Visiting hours will begin on Friday, June 21, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will resume on Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
