Connie Ledoux

Lawtell - Graveside services and burial will be held for Connie Marie Ledoux, age 56, at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery in Lawtell, LA. Reverend Ted Broussard will perform the services.

Connie, a resident of Opelousas, LA, died on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Opelousas General Health System.

Connie was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and friend. She worked at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Nursing Home for several years as an assistant activities coordinator. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her four children, James Colligan of Opelousas, LA; Eric Colligan of California; Sonya Dupre of Prairie Ronde, LA; Lauren Leger of Prairie Ronde, LA; her mother, Gloria Roberie Ledoux of Lawtell, LA; her brothers, Todd Ledoux and Darran Ledoux of Lawtell, LA and ten grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Ledoux.

Visitation will be held at the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. A rosary will be prayed by Deacon Sammy Diesi at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of graveside services.
