Krotz Springs - Funeral services will be held for Clarence Warren Snyder at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, in the United Methodist Church of Krotz Springs. Reverend Gerry Phelps will conduct the funeral service. Interment will be held at the church cemetery.

Mr. Snyder, age 93, a resident of Krotz Springs, LA died on Sunday, November 22, 2015, at his residence surrounded by his loving and caring family.

Mr. Snyder served his country proudly in the United States Army during World War II. He enjoyed singing to his favorite tunes, playing with his three cats and spending time with his children and grandchildren whom he loved dearly.

He is survived by his sons, Warren D. Snyder and wife, Kolleen, Alan L. Snyder and wife, Belinda, and Larry J. Snyder all of Krotz Springs, LA; his daughter, Susie Lacassin of Krotz Springs, LA; his sister, Mary Lois Kessinger and husband, Oscar of Sunset, LA; his grandchildren, Sam Snyder, Cheramie Snyder Lowrey, Holly Snyder, Patrick Artigue, Crystal Grimmer, Daniel Artigue, Alan Lynn Snyder, Jr., Jason Snyder, Brett Clark, Jr., Larry J. Snyder, Jr., Cody J. Snyder, Justin S. Snyder, Nicky Snyder, Lacey Reeves and Dana Angona; his great- grandchildren, Dylan Breaux, Logan Breaux, Riley Hoyt, Aydin Gautreaux, Madison Gautreaux, Ashton Snyder, Brennan Marks, Olivia Lowrey, Sage Duplechain, Sidney Duplechain, Luke Grimmer, Abby Grimmer, Corey Artigue, Gabe Artigue, Riley Artigue, Kiera Artigue, Briley Dupont, Alan Mikel Snyder, Griffin Snyder, Ricky, Dodge, Meghan Snyder, Jasa Ansley, Gavin Guidroz, Garrett Clark, Greta Clark, Gracie Clark, Gage Clark, Chelsea Snyder and Cameron Angona; his great-great-grandchildren, Jolie Esquivel and Kennedy Snyder. He is also survived by two special ladies in his life Nina Breaux Snyder and Holly Dupont Snyder.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Leah Snyder; his parents, John and Clorine Zerangue Snyder; his brother, Erns Snyder and his sister, Elaine Templeton.

Visitation will be held at the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs on Monday, November 23, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. (open all night) until time of service on Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Keith Angona, Sam Snyder, Cody Snyder, Justin Snyder, Lynn Snyder and Jason Snyder. Honorary pallbearers will be Cameron Angona, Ashton Snyder, Brennan Marks, Griffin Snyder and Alan Mikel Snyder.
