Krotz Springs Funeral services for Christine Lee Collier, age 61, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2009 in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs. Interment will be held in the Baptist Cemetery in Krotz Springs, La. Reverend Mark Ledoux will conduct the services.

Mrs. Collier, a resident of Lafayette died Monday, October 19, 2009 in Slidell. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her husband, Edward L. Collier; her step-mother, Mildred Anderson, of Raceland, La.; her daughters, Tina Lee Credeur and husband, Tony, of St. Martinville, La.; Carla Faye Vincent and husband, Kevin, of St. Martinville, La.; her step-children, Penny Carter and husband, Barry, of Lafayette, La.; Eddie Collier and wife, Zoe, of Dallas, Texas; Jeffery Collier and wife, Kathy, of Memphis, Tennessee; her brothers, Bruce Anderson and wife, Terri, of Krotz Springs, La.; her sisters, Darlene Anderson of Krotz Springs, La. and Yvonne Artall and husband, Ralph, of Melville, La. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren: Taylor, Haley, Nathan, Edward, Little Zoe, Cody, Cole and Alex.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Thelma Bordelon Anderson and her nephew, Mike Anderson.

Visitation will be held in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs on Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will reopen on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
