Charles Sebastien

Opelousas - Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019 for Charles "Charlie" Lawrence Sebastien in the Skip Montet Chapel at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas. Deacon Sammy Diesi will officiate the services. Rite of Committal will follow at Bellevue Memorial Park at a later date.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed at 2:30 p.m.

Charlie Sebastien, age 53 and a resident of Opelousas, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019.

Charlie was a member of Police Reserves. He loved horses and watching LSU and Saints sports. Charlie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Beryl O. Sebastien; brothers, Keith Sebastien and his wife, Judy and Toby Sebastien; and sisters, Sheila Nelson and her husband, Max, Charlotte Miller and her husband, Kenneth and Faith Rickert.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Sebastien; brother, Danny Sebastien; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Louise Ortego; paternal grandparents, Herbert and Elizabeth Sebastien.
