Cecil Courville

Krotz Springs Funeral services for Cecil Brett Courville, age 49, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 25, 2010 in the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs. Pastor Chad Bolfa will conduct the funeral services. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Brett died on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 8:20 a.m. at his residence, surrounded by his family.

He worked as a welder, loved hunting, fishing and camping, but most of all, he loved his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia Warden of Krotz Springs his sister, Jeannie Gerace of Frisco, Texas his sons, Collin Courville and Nicholas Courville, both of Krotz Springs daughters, Jessica Courville of Krotz Springs and Taylor Bernard of Zachary brothers, Rocky Warden and Kippy Warden both of Krotz Springs and three grandchildren, Braxton Soileau, Clayton Soileau and Layla Duplechain, all of Krotz Springs.

He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil W. Courville sister, Debra Hyatt maternal grandparents, Robert and Freda Talley and his paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Lessie Courville, Sr.

Visiting will be held in the LaFondArdoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs beginning Friday, September 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday.
